To start responding to your Booking.com reviews you will first need to grant Loopon access to do so.
Go ahead and follow the below steps;
1, Go to your "Settings-tab"
2, Press "Review Site Connections" in the right hand column.
3, Choose Booking.com by clicking it
4, After clicking Booking.com you get the option to Login in the bottom to the right.
5, Log in to your Booking.com account in the pop up that appears as per below.
6, When you have logged in you will come to your connectivity site where you first press on
"Review Connections"
7, Next step is to press "Confirm Connections" and all is done.
Congratulations! You have now successfully activated our new Booking.com 2-way connection 👏
After the above steps are made Loopon will be notified of your request and set it up for you straight away.
Replying to the incoming feedback
Now you can start replying to your feedback as usual. These replies will work in the same ways as when you reply to your survey feedback meaning that no extra pop ups will appear and no login to Booking.com is necessary after your initial connection has been requested and confirmed as above.
A few good things to keep in mind about replying:
- After replying to your feedback, the reply will not instantly appear on Booking.com.
It will take some time (up to 48 hours) for their internal moderation to approve the reply. - You cannot respond to reviews which have a score but no written comments.
