Do you have a new colleague you would like to give access to in Loopon? Great, let us show you how it works!
First off you need to be a super user to be able to add new users to the platform. An easy way of knowing if you are is to look and see if you have a tab called "Settings" available.
If you are a super user you can go ahead an follow these steps;
1, Press your settings tab to get some more options available
2, God to "User Administration" in the right hand column.
When you come to the "User Administration" you have different options to either add, remove or change your users. You can of course also see all users that you have and if they are super users or not.
3, Press "New User"
In the box that pops up now you need to fill out information about your new user.
Fill in Name, Title, Email and Role. You also get to choose if this user should be a super user or not by ticking or unticking the super user box.
When you are done you press the "create" button and the user will be notified by email.
Voila! Easy right? 🥳
