Booking.com wants to avoid guests receiving spam from their platform. Because of this they impose the requirement that email sent to guests through Booking.com use a pre approved email sender.
Required steps
Booking.com require a unique email in their Security settings
- Request a unique sender email address for your hotel by contacting Loopon Support.
- Log in to your Booking.com extranet account.
- In the main menu, click on Property → Messaging settings → Security settings.
Verify yourself if required. - In the security settings, go to Your email addresses and click on Add email address.
