If you have had an event or conference at a location that uses Loopon for guest follow-up you have access to a unique feature - to have an automated follow up of your conference. This will allow you to collect feedback from your conference guests both regarding the venue, but also specifically regarding your event.
You get invited to do the follow up
You will receive an invite to a simple 4 step process. The venue has already prefilled information regarding the location, service, food and cleanliness and that is a part of their ongoing quality assurance.
1) Follow up what is important to you
You can add the questions that are of specific relevance for your event.
- What was the experience of your guests?
- Single choice questions
- Matrix/rating questions
- Free text/comment questions
There are some suggested questions further down in this article to get you started.
2) Add the list of guests
You can paste the email of all your guests and the system will automatically make sure each of them get a copy, no duplicates and no one can respond more than once. Using the system is in compliance with GDPR and quality follow up of your event is in line with reasonable use.
If you prefer to send an anonymous link to the guests you can get a unique event link from the system, however it will be possible for guests to respond multiple times.
3) Respond to the survey yourself!
Of course you will need to respond to the survey and provide feedback to the venue yourself. You will see your own event questions as part of the survey.
4) Get your report!
After 10 days you will get a comprehensive report with all the responses from your guest including responses to the questions you added to the survey as well as quality assurance questions from the venue. This is a very transparent way for the venue to provide you with their own insight.
