Receiving feedback from groups and conferences can sometimes be harder since you might not have access to contact information besides the booker. You could easily have an important event with hundreds of guests without good means to know their experience.
Loopon has several ways to address this issue:
Sending surveys to known guests
In the publishing tab of Loopon you can use the group publishing functionality to either upload an Excel sheet with conference guests or paste their email to send them a follow up survey. You will need to add one group or conference leader that will also get the option to add additional survey questions.
This becomes a win-win situation for the conference leader and the hotel since the conference leader can get feedback on the conference, such as speakers, program etc. and the hotel receives feedback on their service, location etc. If your organization do not yet have access to the group functionality, contact your contact at Loopon or Loopon support.
Sending surveys to guests unknown to us - through the conference or group leader
As an addition to the functionality above where conference leaders can add survey questions specific to their conference and they get a comprehensive report on their own questions.
The conference leader can also :
- Add emails to their guests for Loopon to send out the survey.
- Get an anonomous survey link they can include in their correspondence to their guests through other channels, such as news letters etc.
On location feedback systems through on site tablets
Loopon works together with Touch&Tell that is a tablet based feedback solution that is used in hotels, restaurants, airport lounges and retail locations around the world. Touch&Tell can collect feedback in the moment to get insights during a conference. Contact your customer success or Loopon support for more information about the Touch&Tell offering.
QR-codes
Loopon supports creating QR codes uniquely connected to a location, such as a lobby, conference room or rest room. Some hotels use QR codes on business cards to collect feedback.
This QR code will allow guests to provide feedback in the spur of the moment and you will understand the context of that feedback. It is true that QR codes just being published on a wall not collect as much feedback as actively asking for it through email, SMS or other active channels, but it will be a way to provide guests with a channel to provide feedback when they want to.
- Create a QR-code in Loopon to get this going!
